Understanding phase

Understanding ETI-Extract « ... »
During the first several months our responsibility was to lead the team that collected all of the information necessary to begin the new design. We (*) interviewed all of the stakeholders to create a complete picture of the environment that the new design would live in. At the end of the understanding phase we had a cohesive team that held a common picture of the user, the existing software, and the requirements for the new application.- RL
