The Pantheon HS3 is a high speed FFF 3d printer, able to achieve 400 mm/s print speeds,1000mm/s rapids and 9000mm/s^2 accelerations accurately and reliably.

The HS3 was design from the ground up for Glass Fiber and Carbon Fiber composite filament, in addition we also support a wide variety of engineering and artistic materials.

A removable spring steel bed and automatic bed probing ensure a flawless first layer and easy part removal. The fully enclosed build volume of 300mm | 300mm | 300mm allows for the production of large production ready parts.

Key Features

Motion System

The Pantheon HS3 uses precision ball screws and linear guides for all axes. Unlike timing belts used in other 3D printers, ball screws do not meaningfully stretch or drift even under extreme acceleration, repeated loading or increased temperatures, ensuring part quality and repeatable results while greatly increasing print speeds and reliability.

Servo motors

The Pantheon HS3 uses Technik ClearPath® servomotors on the X and Y axis. Brushless motors allow for whisper-quiet high speed and high acceleration moves. Servomotors are Closed loop controlled and will never "lose" a step mid-print.

Pantheon's print head uses a fully steel hotend, dual 50w heaters, precision high-temperature sensing and an air deflector to protect the nozzle tip from temperature fluctuation.

Coupled with the E3D Hemera - the most powerful extruder on the market. This workhorse of a print head allows for high material flows with unparalleled reliability and precision.


The Pantheon HS3 is ready for Engineering-grade composite materials out of the box as well as a wide variety of standard materials. Pantheons filament library is open and our factory configured profiles are growing every month!

Part Quality

Pantheon printers deliver unrivaled part quality and accuracy. Even with difficult to print materials like carbon and glass fiber composites and flexible filaments. In Most cases we can achieve 0.125mm [5 thou] accuracy and a surface roughness of 3.2 µm Ra

Build Plate

Pantheon uses a removable spring steel bed plate with double sided PEI. A probe is also located on the tool head for mesh bed leveling and a perfect 1st layer every time.

Aluminum Frame

With a first-of-its kind patent-pending billet aluminum frame, the HS3 can produce perfect parts at incredible speeds again and again without drifting out of alignment. This bombproof construction can maintain the high dimensional accuracy and squareness it was built with regardless of what you throw at it.
